Dr Serrano is a totally professional man who takes the time to ask and listen to his patients. He has been very supportive to me as a Cancer patient with worries when other ailments have cropped up - actually examining me (how often does that happen nowadays in a GP's surgery?) and picking up on something which I hadn't noticed and organising immediate investigations. He communicates clearly, effectively and caringly on a level that is easy to understand and takes the time to ensure that I have understood what we have discussed and the way forward. I can't recommend him highly enough and am so glad I was allocated Dr Serrano as my doctor when first registering with the practice.

Dr.Serrano listens carefully and is totally focused on any problems that arise. He recently diagnosed a dangerous escalation of my symptoms and was fully involved in my quick referral to a specialist to confirm his diagnosis. A biopsy followed along with appropriate medication to control the condition. Thanks to his immediate action, he prevented its progression to possible blindness.
